Reflections

So, tomorrow Brittan turns six. I cannot believe it has been six years since that sweet baby entered our lives. She was a rough delivery, emergency c-section and a double blood transfusion. I wasn't awake when she was born and I don't remember much from the first few days since I was so ill. From the day we came home, I knew it was all worth it. She was such a happy baby, all smiles and joy. She has always been a bit standoffish, and to this day is still the least likely to have an extreme reaction to anything. She is however, a sweet loving little girl, always willing to do what needs to be done and quick to give a hug to someone who needs it. We love you Bubbles!
